Bacon Wrapped Jalapenos

These are a deer camp favorite! And so easy!


1 can of jalapeno flavored cream cheese
1 package of hickory smoked bacon
10 jalapenos (cut long ways and core out seeds)


Stuff the inside of the cored out Jalapenos with cream cheese and wrap each with one piece of bacon. I use the Bradley Smoker Hickory Flavored Wood Bisquettes and smoke my jalapenos at 220 degrees for about an hour. Little more or little less cooking depending on how done you like your bacon. Do the remaining and lay on your smoking tray. Enjoy!
